Dang it! I just set this up on Godaddy – but will try to move to your deal (Hostgator) Only concern is if I can re install Theme I purchased – It is a single user version. Any ideas appreciated.
I also will be a candidate for any coaching services you offer
There is no issue with setting up your site at a new web host with the same theme because your site will only ever be seen online from one web host, which changes when you change the name servers to re-point your site to your new host.

I might take you up on your affiliate deal. My question is, after you’ve installed everything and added the plugins, what is the best way for me to understand what you’ve done and how you’ve done it? Do you have a document available that describes what you do in detail (or at least outlines it), or should I find some WordPress tutorials and keep reading until I can go in and figure it out for myself?

If you have not setup any websites yet then you can simply cancel your 1&1 account, but check that you will get your money back first!
